Elimination method is to speed up the ink drying speed, appropriate amount of ink to add red dry oil, reduce the acidity of the version of the liquid, reduce the amount of water.

(4) adhesion. The main reason is that the amount of powder spray is too small, the paper pile is too high, and the ink curing is too slow. Elimination method is to increase the amount of powder, reduce the thickness of the finished product accumulation, choose fast oil fixation, or add polyethylene wax in ink.

(5) too slow drying. The main reason is insufficient desiccant ink, paper or water version of the acid is too strong. Elimination method is to add the right amount of desiccant in the ink, adjust the PH value of the solution.

(6) Flying ink. The main reason is that the ink layer is too thick, the viscosity is too small or the ink roller installation is not reasonable. Elimination method is to use a better thick ink, reduce the amount of ink, check whether the ink roller installation is reasonable to eliminate static electricity, improve the indoor temperature.

(7) paste plate. The main reason is that the proportion of ink is too large, the powder content is too high, the particle is coarse, the viscosity is too small, the water resistance is poor, the ink roller and the printing plate ink layer is too thick, the paper powder. Elimination method is to improve ink viscosity or add a new thick ink to adjust or replace the paper.

(8) Pile rubber. The main reason is that the ink resistance is too poor, small viscosity, insufficient connection material, transfer is not good, or paper powder. Elimination method is to adjust the specific proportion of ink to add higher coloring force of ink, improve the water resistance of ink or replace better paper.

(9) Stack ink roller. The main reason is that the water resistance of the ink is not good, the viscosity is too large, the water supply of the version of the liquid is too large. The elimination method is to add new ink, reduce the water supply of the water or add isopropyl alcohol to the water to improve wettability and increase volatility.

(10) dirty oil. The main reason is that the water resistance of the ink is too poor, the viscosity is not enough, the oil is too strong. Elimination method is to improve the viscosity of ink, add a small amount of extra oil, switch to quick-drying bright ink, add a small amount of light magnesium carbonate in the ink to reduce oil, or try not to use lake pigment ink.

(11) dirty version. The main reason is that the ink is too soft, the viscosity is small, the water resistance is too poor, the acid and the gum Arabic in the water is insufficient, and the water glue is not clean. The elimination method is to change the elastic ink, add the right amount of Arabian resin glue in the water version, improve the acidity of the water version, add the right amount of isopropyl alcohol, thoroughly clean the wet plate roller.
